Massage Therapy Treatments
Deep Tissue
The techniques employed work with the body’s responses by slowly sinking into tight muscles allowing them to “melt” and release. Deep tissue massage does not need to be painful to be effective, so it’s important to tell your massage therapist when the discomfort you experience is outside your comfort zone as this is no longer beneficial to you.
Swedish Massage
This is what most people think of when they hear “massage”. It creates an intense sensation of relaxing and healing where many people drift off somewhere between sleep and awake.
Pregnancy & Pediatrics
A natural choice for moms and moms-to-be; be happy with the transformations you’re going through.
Pre/Postnatal Massage Benefits:
- alleviates muscle tension & cramps

Myofascial Release & Cupping
Myofascial Release is a very effective hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Fascia is actually one structure that exists from head to foot, so everything is connected.
Fascia helps us with our movement. If healthy, it is relaxed & has the ability to stretch and move without restriction. With injuries, inflammation and scarring, the fascia becomes restricted pulls on the rest of the body.
Trigger Point Therapy
“Knots”, or a trigger point is a collection of muscle cells that are in a constant state of contraction,If you press on it, it usually refers pain to other areas of your body, aka referred pain.
trigger points:
will cause fatigue and weakness to the muscle AND sometimes (if active) may have symptoms of pain. Carpal tunnel syndrome is often caused by trigger points.
It usually takes 2-3 sessions in close proximity to see great results.
